To make this easy peach cobbler, you will need:- 6 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 pie crust, store-bought or homemade
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish and set it aside.
Mix the sliced peaches with 1/4 cup of sugar and let them sit for a few minutes until they release their juices.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add in the milk and melted butter, and stir until well combined.
