- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
For the filling:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the carrots, celery, peas, and corn, and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir well to coat.
- Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and thyme.
