For the crust, you will need:
- 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs

- 1 3/4 cups of cold milk
- 1/3 cup of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
For the meringue, you will need:
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup of sugar
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
Step 3: Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Set aside to cool.
