  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

For the crust:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add the butter and mix with a pastry cutter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add the ice water, a little at a time, and mix until the dough comes together.
  4. Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a disc.
  5. Wrap each disc in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
